Sales Calls: How to Respond to ‘Why Should I Choose You?’

When you’re on a sales call and a prospect says ‘alright then Emily. Tell me why I should go with you, rather than one of your competitors?’

how do you respond?

Do you go into some 10 minute explanation of why you’re so great – and only end up sounding needy and desperate to impress?

Do you reply ‘sorry, but if you can’t see the value then we need to end this call right now’?

Something else?
